The demand for İHA shares, which went public through the book-building method on October 26–27, 2021, was 10.6 times the available supply. Following the Gong Ceremony on November 3, 2021, company shares began trading on BIST under the ticker IHAAS. As of the end of 2023, İhlas Journalism holds 16.40 percent of shares in İHA – İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş., İhlas Yayın Holding holds 49.22 percent of shares, and the free float ratio is 34.38 percent.
