Adthera Biotechnology Health and Trade Co. was established on February 10, 2022. İhlas Venture Capital Investment Trust Co. holds a combined direct and indirect ownership stake of 33 percent. Adthera Biotechnology primarily focuses on researching, developing, and commercializing drugs, vaccines, and medical products for the treatment of diseases, particularly cancer, as well as managing the commercialization of associated products and intellectual property.

Dinlebi B.V. (“Dinlebi”) was established on August 23, 2019, in the Netherlands. Dinlebi B.V. owns 100 percent of Dinlebi Audiobook Publishing and Trade Co. in Türkiye. İhlas Venture Capital Investment Trust Co. holds a 2.05 percent stake in Dinlebi B.V. Dinlebi operates an audiobook platform offering subscription-based services that enable users to listen to, download, and share audiobooks.
