İhlas Construction Group entered the construction industry with İhlas Yuva Evleri in 1990 and has since become a well-known and respected brand. The Group includes extensive landscaping and social facilities in each of its projects, and has achieved great success through this sustainable approach over the years.

İhlas Construction continues to progress in the industry with pioneering projects such as İhlas Marmara Evleri 1-2-3-4 and the Bizim Evler series. In 2010, the Group took a significant step toward consolidating its influence in the construction industry. Gathering under the umbrella of İhlas İnşaat Holding A.Ş., several companies decided to merge their strengths to allow them to undertake larger and more impressive projects.

Thus, İhlas İnşaat Proje Taahhüt Turizm A.Ş., İhlas Yapı Turizm ve Sağlık A.Ş., Armutlu Tatil ve Turizm İşletmeleri A.Ş., and Kuzuluk Kaplıca İnşaat Turizm Sağlık ve Petrol Ürünleri Ticaret A.Ş. opened the doors to a new era. However, İhlas Gayrimenkul did not limit its success to this merger. The company decided to go further and expand the scope of its activities. In 2017, in an effort to progress and protect its investors’ interests through expansion, it decided to broaden the markets in which it operated. The company expanded its efforts from mining to construction, contracting to engineering, and marketing to energy. As a result of this transformation, the company’s name was changed to İhlas Gayrimenkul Proje Geliştirme ve Ticaret A.Ş. In 2019, İhlas Construction Holding and İhlas Gayrimenkul Proje Geliştirme ve Ticaret A.Ş. merged, uniting their expertise and expanding their influence.

İhlas Construction Group has made a name for itself with each project it has undertaken, demonstrating both its expertise and ability to innovate. İhlas Yuva Evleri
İhlas Yuva Evleri, the first residential project initiated by İhlas Holding in 1990, was completed and delivered to homeowners within just two years. Built on a 44,000-square-meter area in Bahçelievler, Istanbul, the project includes 996 apartments and 37 offices.

Marmara Evleri 1
As the largest and most comprehensive housing project in the region, Marmara Evleri 1 was built on 700,000 square meters of land at the historical Reşit Paşa Farm overlooking Ambarlı Bay in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. The site, which includes a total of 2,856 apartments, 100 offices, an elementary school and social facilities, was completed in 1997.

Marmara Villas
İhlas Marmara Villas were built on 200,000 square meters of land at the historical Reşit Paşa Farm in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. The site includes 134 villas. They were made available to their owners in 1999.

Marmara Evleri 2
Marmara Evleri 2, built on 170,000 square meters of land and with a total construction area of 256,000 square meters in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, consists of 2,186 apartments and 96 offices. All infrastructure, landscaping works, and social facilities were completed in August 2001.

Güzelşehir Villas
At the junction of Kumburgaz and Güzelce, Güzelşehir Villas are located on a slope with a 1-kilometer front to D-100 (E-5) and a full sea view.
Built by İhlas Construction Project Contracting Tourism, Güzelşehir Villas consist of 675 villas and 46 commercial units, built on an area of 147,992 square meters and situated in a total of 550,210 square meters. The villas and commercial units were made available to their owners in 2008.

Bizim Evler 1
Bizim Evler 1, built as a joint venture between İhlas Holding and İhlas Yapı Turizm ve Sağlık A.Ş.,
in collaboration with the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ), consists of 720 apartments and three commercial units. Located in the most beautiful area of Ispartakule, Istanbul, the project was opened to settlement in July 2009.

Bizim Evler 2
Bizim Evler 2, built as a joint venture between İhlas Holding and İhlas Yapı Turizm ve Sağlık A.Ş., was tendered by Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust. The tender included a revenue sharing model in return for land sale. Bizim Evler 2 consists of 522 apartments, nine stores, a mosque, outdoor sports facilities, and other recreational areas in Ispartakule, Avcılar, Istanbul. It was opened for settlement in December 2010.

Güzelşehir Fatih Villa Site
Completed in 2011 by İhlas Construction, the Güzelşehir Fatih Villa Site consists of 172 villas on an area of 67,713 square meters.

Bizim Evler 3
Bizim Evler 3 was tendered by Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust. The tender included a revenue sharing model in return for land sale. The project was built as a joint venture by İhlas Holding, İhlas Yayın Holding, and İhlas Pazarlama A.Ş.. It consists of 680 apartments, one workplace, outdoor sports facilities, a swimming pool and other recreational areas. The project was completed in December 2011 on a total construction area of 129,631 square meters in Ispartakule, Avcılar, Istanbul.

Bizim Evler 4
Tendered by Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust with a revenue sharing model in return for land sale, the project was built in Ispartakule, Avcılar, Istanbul, as a joint venture by İhlas Holding and İhlas Yapı Turizm ve Sağlık A.Ş.. The project was completed eight months ahead of schedule, and 762 apartments and 100 offices were opened for settlement at the end of December 2012. Construction of the commercial blocks was completed in 2013.

Marmara Evleri 3
Marmara Evleri 3 was built by İhlas Yapı Turizm ve Sağlık A.Ş. in Istanbul, Beylikdüzü, on a construction area of 122,655 square meters. The project was completed in October 2013, when 396 apartments and 38 offices were made available to their owners.

Bizim Evler 5
Bizim Evler 5 was built in Ispartakule, Avcılar, Istanbul by İhlas Yapı Turizm ve Sağlık A.Ş.. The project included a revenue sharing model in return for land sale. Consisting of 710 apartments on an area of 106,741 square meters, Bizim Evler 5 was opened to settlement six months ahead of schedule. The apartments were delivered to their owners in July 2014.

Bizim Evler Güzelce
The Bizim Evler Güzelce project, located in Büyükçekmece Güzelce Mahallesi, consists of 709 apartments in 17 blocks. The blocks are eight to 10 stories high. The project includes 111 shops that surround the blocks. Two-bedroom apartments range from 96 to 132 square meters, three-bedroom apartments from 163 to 179 square meters, and four-bedroom apartments from 203 to 214 square meters.

Armutlu Tatil Köyü Panorama
Panorama Holiday Village in Armutlu covers 62,000 square meters, with 85 percent of its area dedicated to green spaces. It consists of 450 full apartments in six blocks of three, four, and five stories, including 150 one-bedroom and 300 two-bedroom apartments.

Güzelşehir Fatih Villa Site
Completed in 2011 by İhlas Construction, the Güzelşehir Fatih Villa Site consists of 172 villas on an area of 67,713 square meters.

Marmara Evleri 4
The Marmara Evleri 4 project, located in Beylikdüzü, consists of 640 apartments. The project includes 44 shops. It offers two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment options, with sizes ranging from 126 to 204 square meters.

Crystal City
The Kristalşehir project by İhlas Construction Group covers an area of 155,000 square meters. It includes 18 residential blocks and two residence towers that are accessible from Highway E-5. The project features an 11,000 square meter shopping center, 44,000 square meters of residential and commercial space, a 410,000 square meter residential area, and 120,000 square meters of green space.

Bizim Evler 6 Metro
Positioned as the largest project in the rapidly appreciating region of Ispartakule in Istanbul, the Bizim Evler 6 Metro project includes 454 residences and 47 shops. The project features two-bedroom apartments ranging from 116 to 127 square meters, three-bedroom apartments from 159 to 202 square meters, four-bedroom apartments at 217 square meters, and five-bedroom apartments at 304 square meters.

Bizim Evler 6 Rainbow
The Bizim Evler 6 Rainbow project consists of 1,207 residences. With apartment options appealing to a wide range of customers, the project stands out due to its landscaping, water features, and overall quality.

Bizim Evler 7
The Bizim Evler 7 project, developed by İhlas Yapı, is made up of 532 residences and 48 commercial units. Offering all the privileges of the Bizim Evler brand, the highest in demand in the region, the project includes two-, three-, and four-bedroom options. The two bedroom apartments are 116 square meters, the three bedroom apartments are 180 square meters, and the four-bedroom apartments are 200 square meters. All apartments are allocated a covered parking space, with the three- and four-bedroom apartments granted an additional parking space.

Bizim Evler 8
The Bizim Evler 8 project, developed by İhlas Yapı, rises on a 19,739 square meter plot. The project consists of 236 residences and 29 commercial units on a gross construction area of 65,124 square meters. It offers two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment options, with sizes starting from 129 square meters.

Bizim Evler 9
Located in Ispartakule, Avcılar, Istanbul, Bizim Evler 9 is built on a construction area of 39,285 square meters. The project, for which revenue-sharing agreements in return for land were signed in 2021, consists of 145 apartments and 16 offices. Construction began in 2022. It was completed and opened to residents in December 2023.

Bizim Evler 10
Located in Ispartakule, Avcılar, Istanbul, Bizim Evler 10 is built on a construction area of 191,526 square meters. The project, for which revenue-sharing agreements
in return for land were signed in 2021, includes 645 apartments and 57 offices. Construction began in 2022 and was completed in December 2023.

OTHER PROJECTS
Bahçelievler Education Campus
With an indoor area of 30,000 square meters, Bahçelievler Education Campus consists of 78 classrooms, a dormitory for 600 people, an indoor gym, a conference hall for 450 people, two soccer fields and a dining hall for 750 people. The campus was completed and opened in 1997.

Marmara Evleri Education Campus
Marmara Evleri Education Campus, which has an indoor area of 17,350 square meters, consists of 96 classrooms, a conference hall for 450 people, and a dining hall for 750 people. The campus was opened in 1996.

Crystal City
Kristalşehir is a project with a construction area of 773,418 square meters in Block 1088, Plot 1. It is located in Esenyurt, Istanbul. The entire project consists of 18 blocks, 4,655 houses, 82 offices and social facilities. A total of 66 offices and 4,356 apartments, which were built in stages, were made available to their owners. A total of 299 apartments and 16 offices on the 17th block that are currently under construction are set to be made available to their owners in the second half of 2024.

Bizim Evler 11
Located in Ispartakule, Avcılar, Istanbul, Bizim Evler 11 is being built on a construction area of 174,441 square meters. The construction began at the beginning of 2023 and consists of 582 apartments and 55 offices. The rapidly progressing project is to be completed in 2025.
