A 2025-2030 Strategic Planning Workshop was organized at İhlas College with the vision of enhancing educational quality. With broad participation, the workshop focused on identifying innovative projects and strategies that will elevate İhlas College to the top in the next five years.

This workshop marked the final phase of a comprehensive strategic planning process initiated three months ago with the support of İhlas Holding’s Strategic Planning and Performance Unit. Throughout the day, the event continued in ten different working groups, addressing various key topics such as educational excellence, sustainable development, academic progress, digital transformation, social responsibility projects, artificial intelligence and innovation, student-centered learning models, international education standards, and cultural development.

Digital Transformation and Innovative Approaches in Education
During the workshop, discussions were held on AI and big data analytics-supported education systems, innovative learning models that enhance students’ individual talents, teacher professional development programs, and international projects aimed at facilitating students’ adaptation to the global world. Additionally, topics such as ecological sustainability and environmentally friendly campus initiatives, which are becoming increasingly important in the future of education, were also debated.

The agenda also included digital literacy, STEM-based education models, coding and robotics applications, and the use of virtual and augmented reality technologies in education.

Furthermore, strategies to equip students with 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation, were discussed in depth. In his closing speech, İhlas College General Manager Hakkı Okur emphasized the significance of such initiatives in shaping the future of education. He stated:

“Today, we have come together to determine the path İhlas College will follow over the next five years and to clarify our goals. We have developed a strong strategic plan to achieve sustainable success in education and to adapt to changing global conditions. This workshop aims to bring different perspectives together, create a shared vision, and define our strategic priorities. We must embrace an approach that is open to innovation in education, compatible with technology, supportive of individual talents, and best prepares our students for the future. I firmly believe that the decisions made in this workshop will further strengthen İhlas College’s leading role in education.”

At the end of the workshop, Hakkı Okur presented certificates of appreciation to all participants, expressing gratitude for their contributions.
