At all İhlas schools, human and universal values lie at the heart of the educational approach, with the goal of nurturing individuals ready to guide and enrich society.
With its accumulated knowledge and experience, İhlas College prioritizes efficiency and effectiveness in its management systems, adopting continuous improvement and renewal as fundamental principles. In line with this vision, İhlas College today operates 14 schools in nine buildings spread across three separate campuses.

Across its 195 classrooms spread over a total area of 57,651 square meters, the school is equipped with a modern, up-to-date technological infrastructure.
Through the Google Suite for Education platform, Google’s corporate applications are offered free of charge to students, teachers, and administrative staff alike. Documents prepared by teachers are shared via a cloud-based system in line with best practices and made available for collaborative use.
İhlas College ensured uninterrupted learning during the pandemic by providing one-on-one interactive remote classes through Google Meet. To support tablet-assisted education across all campuses, a robust and continuous internet infrastructure was implemented.
With significant technological investments in classrooms and laboratories, courses such as coding, 3D design, production, and robotics have become both engaging and educational, providing students with an enjoyable learning experience.
Additionally, under a special agreement, İhlas College provides students, teachers, and administrative staff with free access to all Microsoft software (excluding Office applications) through the Microsoft Imagine program. Educational Activities
İhlas College structures its educational programs to enable students to achieve success in national exams without requiring external support, while also attaining foreign language proficiency levels high enough to skip university preparatory language classes. All academic activities are conducted in a planned, disciplined, and systematic manner to achieve this goal.
Academic Studies
İhlas College reinforces its consistently increasing success rate with a potent combination of official coursework and extensive academic support services. To this end, it offers students a wide range of additional learning opportunities, including weekend courses, subject workshops, and one-on-one lessons, all designed to support academic development. The school further enriches the learning experience with a wide range of opportunities, including intensive prep programs for national high school and university entrance exams, international exam preparation, and FCE and TOEFL certificate programs. The curriculum, enhanced by digital resources, gives students a significant advantage through modern educational tools. The exam preparation process is strengthened through specially designed study plans, intensive study camps before exams, practice tests held at universities, and after-school subject workshops guided by teachers and counselors. These efforts ensure that students have every resource needed to succeed.
Mete Gazoz, an İhlas College alumnus, has crowned the school’s sporting success with his Olympic, World, and European Championship titles in archery.
Through its comprehensive teaching approach and robust academic support programs, İhlas College has achieved remarkable results in Türkiye’s national exams, including top placements such as first place in the High School Entrance Exam (LGS) and first and fourth places in the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS). Numerous other accolades are proof of the school’s dedication to unlocking each student’s potential and the success of its targeted educational strategies.
Foreign Language Education and International Achievements
İhlas College offers a foreign language program designed to equip students to use a second language effectively and express themselves fluently and accurately, both in writing and speaking, in various contexts. Guided by the principle that “the primary aim of language education is to communicate,” the foreign language department’s teachers design lessons that strengthen students’ communication skills and make language learning more meaningful and effective.
At the high school level, İhlas College students actively participate in international projects supported by the European Union, such as Model United Nations (MUN), the European Youth Parliament (EYP), and Erasmus, which provide opportunities to express themselves in diverse cultural settings. Demonstrating outstanding performance, İhlas students have consistently excelled in the national “Best Contest” English-speaking competition, winning first, second, and third places for three consecutive years, further proving their language proficiency and confidence.
Assessment and Evaluation Activities
İhlas College meticulously manages academic performance tracking and feedback processes to ensure the effective implementation of its one-on-one education model. This work is overseen by the school’s dedicated Assessment and Evaluation Unit, which monitors students’ academic development, analyzes learning needs, and makes necessary adjustments to the curriculum.
The primary goal of the assessment and evaluation activities is to continuously monitor each student’s progress and update teaching plans as needed. At the same time, this process includes assessing the quality of both the teaching content and the teachers themselves. Experts in the unit closely oversee each stage, preparing detailed reports that are shared with the teaching staff to support ongoing improvement.
Counseling Activities
İhlas College designs its counseling services to support students’ personal and academic development by helping them build strategies that can be applied throughout all areas of life. To achieve this, the school implements a Developmental Guidance Model, offering solutions tailored to each student’s individual needs.
Counselors help ensure that students successfully complete age-appropriate developmental tasks and provide the necessary support for a smooth transition to the next stage of development. Rather than offering pre-set answers, the goal is to equip students with the skills to identify problems and develop solutions independently, preparing them for various life situations.
İhlas College’s counseling program goes beyond supporting students alone — it also maintains continuous communication with parents. For families with students preparing for exams, the school organizes dedicated information sessions and conferences to provide support. Parents of students in other grades are also invited to participate in informative events throughout the year.
Workshops with active parental involvement offer an engaging and productive environment that not only supports counseling activities but also helps strengthen communication and support within families.
National and International Projects
İhlas College actively participates in national and international projects through dynamic teams comprising students and teachers. These teams, formed with specific goals in mind, not only achieve progress in their fields but also strengthen their teamwork skills, achieving notable successes along the way.
İhlas College students actively engage in a wide range of projects, from initiatives of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) to Model United Nations (MUN) events, thereby strengthening both their academic development and their leadership and teamwork skills. Members of the European Youth Parliament (EYP) Club gain early experience in global affairs by taking on active roles within the European Youth Parliament while still in high school. Model United Nations Club students participate in some of the world’s most prestigious MUN conferences, recognized by leading academic organizations, giving them the chance to present their ideas on global platforms.
Through the awards they win at MUN events at home and abroad, our students continually elevate İhlas College’s reputation on both national and international stages.
İhlas College students also stand out in national projects. Their success in TÜBİTAK project competitions clearly demonstrates their scientific thinking and problem-solving abilities. By winning gold medals in Science Olympiads and securing top placements in various project competitions at regional and national levels, they continue to achieve outstanding results.
Social and Sports Activities
İhlas College integrates social and sports activities into its academic program to promote students’ physical and mental well-being. From an early age, students are encouraged to participate in both individual and team sports, helping them grow into healthy, well-rounded individuals. İhlas students have earned top placements in Türkiye and across Europe in sports such as archery, rowing, volleyball, judo, karate, swimming, wrestling, and figure skating, both individually and as part of teams. Participation in these activities continues to grow, with dedicated efforts to train new champions. In the past academic year, arm wrestling was added to the program, and one student qualified for the regional championship. A standout example is İhlas College student Mete Gazoz, whose international success in archery—including Olympic, World, and European championships—has brought the school’s sporting achievements to new heights. Such accomplishments demonstrate İhlas College’s strong vision and commitment to excellence in both education and sports.
Beyond academics and sports, İhlas College offers students a rich cultural experience and numerous opportunities. National and international trips are organized to help students discover different cultures, hone their social skills, and develop a global outlook. International summer school programs, which are highly popular among students, have resumed. These programs enable students to pursue their studies in an international setting while gaining direct exposure to diverse cultures.
Values Education
İhlas College began its journey in 1996 with the motto “Touching Hearts Through Education,” guided by its founder, Enver Ören, who believed in the principle of “raising good individuals.” Staying true to this vision, İhlas College places equal emphasis on students’ character development and academic achievement, aiming to nurture them first as good people and then as successful individuals. For this reason, values education has become a cornerstone of the school’s educational philosophy. İhlas College students’ first-place win in a national values education competition is a clear testament to the effectiveness of this approach. By emphasizing not just knowledge but also human values, the school helps students build strong character as they prepare for the future.
Starting from the 2024–2025 academic year, İhlas College has taken an important step to further strengthen its commitment to values education. In grade levels that do not include the Religious Culture and Ethics course, a dedicated Values Education Department has been established, with new specialized staff recruited to advance this mission.
Social Responsibility Projects
The student-founded Umut Ağacı (“Tree of Hope”) Club has carried out numerous initiatives to instill a sense of social responsibility and make meaningful contributions to society. Since its establishment, the club has led impactful activities by organizing social responsibility projects at various schools. As part of these projects, students have supported school libraries they visited and organized day-long activities for students. They have also conducted book donation campaigns for village schools, delivering hundreds of books to children in need.
Through the “Our Cute Friends Social Responsibility Project,” club members have visited animal shelters, provided for their needs, and taken responsibility for the care of the animals living there. In support of environmental preservation, the club has organized tree-planting and litter collection projects, taking important steps to promote environmental awareness. Additionally, students have organized charity sales to raise funds for people in need in different parts of the world, demonstrating global solidarity. Through the Gül, Kardeşim (“Smile, Little Brother”) project, students have organized activities for orphaned children, aiming to boost their morale and motivation.
The Tree of Hope Club also works to raise broader awareness of social responsibility by hosting conferences and seminars designed to reach the entire student body. These events inspire students to grow into mindful, responsible individuals and strengthen their social consciousness.
Club members have also made their mark globally by helping fund large-scale projects such as drilling of water wells and sponsoring cataract surgeries in Africa.
To support students’ social development, an annual calendar of social activities is prepared each year, covering a wide range of events including local, national, and international trips, competitions, festivals, and fairs. These activities help students develop social skills while providing families and teachers with opportunities to get to know the students more closely.
