Born in 1972 in Germany, Vedat Bozacı graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Electrical Engineering. He began his professional career in 1993 as a Regional Coordinator at Bilsa Bilgisayar. Over the years, he held various leadership roles, including Procurement Manager, Centralized Procurement Director, and Group Procurement Manager in different companies.

As of October 1, 2024, Vedat Bozacı has been serving as Deputy General Manager responsible for Procurement at İhlas Holding.
