Hayati Odabaşı

Board Member (Executive Member)

Born in 1958 in Çankırı, Hayati Odabaşı graduated from the Turkish Military Academy with a degree in Business Administration. He later completed his undergraduate studies in Sociology at Istanbul University and earned a master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Beykent University.

Odabaşı joined İhlas Group in 1995 and currently serves as an Executive Board Member responsible for healthcare affairs at İhlas Holding A.Ş. He is also a board member in various İhlas Group companies and continues his role as the General Manager of Türkiye Gazetesi Hospital.

He has published numerous articles on healthcare management, personal development, and communication skills in various magazines and newspapers. He is also the author of two books, 360-Degree Communication and Our World of Communication. Additionally, Odabaşı is a board member of the Private Hospitals and Healthcare Institutions Association (OHSAD) and teaches communication courses at OHSAD Academy.
