Chairman of the Board, Ahmet Mücahid Ören, briefed the President at the Presidential Complex regarding projects in Kyrgyzstan.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received İhlas Holding Chairman of the Board, Ahmet Mücahid Ören, at the Presidential Complex. During the meeting, Ören extended his greetings for Eid al-Fitr, while President Erdoğan congratulated him on the upcoming 55th anniversary of Türkiye Newspaper.

Ören provided information to the President about the activities of İhlas Media, which owns some of Turkey’s oldest and most influential media outlets such as Türkiye Newspaper, TGRT, and İHA. He also highlighted their focus on achieving global success with new digital brands like “Türkiye Today.”

During the meeting, which lasted about an hour, they discussed both domestic and international developments as well as major investments by İhlas Holding. Ören briefed President Erdoğan on the current status of a $7 billion energy project in Kyrgyzstan, which holds strategic importance for the Organization of Turkic States.
