Abdullah Tuğcu was born in Kayseri in 1982. He graduated from Business Administration in Istanbul University. He had a Master degree on Financial Law in Marmara University. In 2008 he joint with Ihlas Group as Manager of Financial Affairs of Ihlas Mining Company. In 2013 he was appointed as Financial Coordinator of Ihlas Media Holding and in 2014 Deputy General Manager of Finance of Ihlas Holding. He has been also a member of board of Ihlas Media Holding Co., Ihlas Journalism Co. (Türkiye Newspaper), İhlas Gayrimenkul Proje Geliştirme ve Ticaret A.Ş., TGRT News Channel Co., TGRT Digital Co., Ihlas News Agency Co..
