Abdullah Tuğcu

CFO (Board Member, Finance & Financial Affairs)

Born in 1982 in Kayseri, Abdullah Tuğcu earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and completed his master’s degree in Financial Law at Marmara University.

He started his career at İhlas Group in 2008, was appointed as Finance Coordinator at İhlas Yayın Holding in 2013, and became Deputy General Manager responsible for Finance at İhlas Holding A.Ş. in 2014. Since 2015, he has also been responsible for the Financial Affairs Department.

Currently, he serves as a Board Member with Executive Authority and Deputy General Manager responsible for Finance & Financial Affairs at İhlas Holding A.Ş. He is also a Board Member in various subsidiaries and affiliates within İhlas Group.

Tuğcu is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (İSMMMO) and the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD).
