Abdullah Tuğcu

Board Member (Executive Member)

Born in 1982 in Kayseri, Abdullah Tuğcu graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. He completed his master’s degree in Financial Law at Marmara University, Department of Finance.

Tuğcu joined İhlas Group in 2008 and was appointed as Finance Coordinator at İhlas Yayın Holding in 2013. In 2014, he became Deputy General Manager responsible for finance at İhlas Holding A.Ş. In 2015, he also took on the responsibility for the holding’s financial affairs.

Currently, he serves as an Executive Board Member responsible for finance and financial affairs at İhlas Holding A.Ş., as well as Deputy General Manager for finance and financial affairs. He is also a board member in various İhlas Group companies.

Abdullah Tuğcu holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (İSMMMO) and the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD).
