The Armutlu Timeshare Vacation Resort features 11 apartment blocks with a total of 1,686 apartments and 37,092 timeshare units, all of which have sea views and thermal spring water. Opened in 2004, the Resort is Turkey’s largest thermal timeshare resort with the most extensive facilities. Armutlu Timeshare Vacation Resort offers its guests hot thermal water, a green forest, and the cool waters of Marmara Sea, thus enabling them to take advantage of spa treatments while at the same time enjoy nature, the sea and high-quality social facilities during their vacation.

The Armutlu Timeshare Vacation Resort features various sized (105, 98, 85, 70, 50 m2) and fully furnished apartments as well as two retractable junior Olympic swimming pools (for men and women), an outdoor swimming pool, an aqua park, saunas, healing centers, massage parlors, a bowling alley, football fields, basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, a shopping center, cafeterias, restaurants, and water parks.
