Necmi Özer

Born in Karabük in 1953, Necmi Özer graduated from Selcuk University Faculty of Education in 1986. Necmi Özer who has been a manager in various companies since 1986. He has held senior positions in Quality Assurance Departments by providing  services on quality standards. Since 2011, he has been serving as a partner in  a company that helps quality and brands. Necmi Özer is also  an Independent Board Member at İhlas Gazetecilik A.Ş.
